The owner is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
The service is intended to obtain missing information on the ID card about the current place of residence of a citizen in relation to himself personally*

The search is performed by an identification number of an identity document or by name and date of birth of the Consumer.
Strong authentication (access via personal electronic digital signature or unique identifier)
To receive the service, individuals must:
1. obtain an electronic digital signature or a unique identifier;
2. pass authentication on the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.

On a free-of-charge basis in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, edicts, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus)

Furnishing an up-to-date registration address of a citizen:
• address registration date
• identification number of the object of administrative-territorial and territorial units
• identification number of the street element of administrative-territorial and territorial units
• unique address identifier in the address register
• complete unconverted address
