The service is provided after receiving access details (login and password) to the State Information System "The Population Register" from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

For a fee. Free of charge in accordance with the legislative instruments of the Republic of Belarus (laws, orders, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus)
