The service is rendered without the individual's consent for the provision of his/her personal data

For a fee. Free of charge in accordance with the legislative instruments of the Republic of Belarus (laws, orders, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus)
State authorities and organisations on the basis of legislative regulations allowing to obtain personal data without the individual's consent in the course of performance of administrative procedures or provision of electronic services.
