The electronic service hrough the EPES is provided by access with strict authentication (using the current QMS of RTC GosSUOK).

To receive the service, you must:

1. receive means of electronic digital signature at the Republican Certification Center;

2. fill out an application on the basis of an electronic form;

3. conclude a contract for the provision of services;

4. pass authentication on the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.

The service is provided automatically using the «system-to-system» technology.

To organize a secure connection, you must:

1. have or organize a VPN communication channel with the NCES using the channel encryption software provided by the UAIS Operator;

2. send an electronic application for the OAIS service to the NCES.

Requirements for the Consumer of UAIS electronic services provided using the “system-system” technology, the specifics of obtaining the EAIS ES using the “system-system” technology are defined in the Unified Technical Requirements of the UAIS.

Receiving features:

The service is provided both with the consent of an individual, and without him on the basis of legislative acts. To receive the service, approval from the Resource Owner is required.
